First we prepare an exposé together with you and then start the marketing. By agreement we publish the property on the usual real estate portals, on our homepage and send it directly to our pre-registered clients, as well as to specific HR departments and relocation contacts. We handle all enquiries and viewings until a suitable tenant has been found. We then draw up the rental contract.
